-Enter your email and we will send you all you need.
-Programmed from the information you share with us, your goals, capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and schedule your program is pieced together.
-Daily program is sent direct to your mobile device through our free to download app OR to your email.
-Each day, every sports specific movement has a video demo, parameters for sets, reps, rest, duration and targets to aim for.
-Everything you do is tracked, from daily activity, achieved metrics, testing, body measurements and your own videos can be uploaded for your coach to give feedback.
-Communicate with your coach as much as you like to get the most from your program.
-Each workout is part or a periodised program specifically designed for you with the aim of improving every aspect of your game.
-Workouts include, specific mobility, speed, balance, agility, strength, power, endurance, body control, coordination, injury prevention and sport specific skill. All in less than 15 minutes a day!
-We will also share regular material on achieving goals, mental fortitude, optimal mindset, nutrition, rest, wellbeing, motivation and getting the most out of yourself and your journey.
